Job Summary

Drive new business growth by managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to project follow-through, while maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish new business opportunities to expand company market presence
• Manage the entire sales process including cold calling, lead generation, sales presentations, proposal development, closing deals, and project follow-up
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas to support business growth
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and sales goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively
• Apply excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure sales agreements
• Exhibit self-motivation, discipline, and a results-oriented approach to meet targets
