Responsibilities
Handle air export bookings and shipment arrangements
Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to meet delivery schedules
Prepare invoices, permits, reports, and Airway Bills accurately and on time
Update customers on flight details, freight status, and delivery progress
Follow up on cost approvals, GST billing, and payment collection
Attend to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
