Job Description
Responsibilities
Operate production equipment according to established procedures and work instructions.
Identify equipment breakdowns, malfunctions, and product quality issues, and report them to the supervisor.
Follow production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Record production data accurately to ensure proper traceability.
Check incoming raw materials against production requirements and coordinate with warehouse personnel.
Load raw materials and semi-finished goods into production equipment as required.
Inspect finished products and record total output, accepted products, and defective items.
Prepare finished goods for collection by the designated operator.
Assist in training and guiding new production operators when required.
