Full Time Cybersecurity Support Engineer Jobs, in Blue Fortress Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Support Engineer to deliver professional services to our clients, including cybersecurity implementation, deployment, and post-sales L1/L2 technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, deploy, and maintain cybersecurity solutions for clients.
• Provide L1/L2 technical support, troubleshoot issues, manage support tickets, and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Perform system health checks, root cause analysis, and technical issue escalation.
• Manage implementation timelines, project delivery, and technical handover.
• Maintain technical documentation and work with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, network security, systems engineering, or technical support.
• Hands-on experience in system implementation, technical troubleshooting, and L1/L2 support.
• Good understanding of network security, including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of WAF, API security, encryption, PKI, HSM, IAM, or data protection is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Imperva is an added advantage; experience with similar solutions such as Akamai or Cloudflare is welcome.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
