Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, preparing payments, and applying cash receipts.

Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records and identify any discrepancies.

Support the maintenance of the general ledger by accurately recording financial transactions.

Accurately enter financial data into the accounting software and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and statements under the guidance of senior staff.

Contribute to month-end and year-end closing procedures by completing assigned tasks efficiently.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and basic financial modeling.

Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in all tasks to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.

Communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia with internal teams and potentially external vendors.
