Job Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve business targets across multiple outlets.
Lead, coach and develop Centre Managers to improve sales and productivity.
Monitor outlet performance, KPIs, sales forecasts and business results.
Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.
Ensure outlet operations, inventory and SOP compliance are maintained.
Work with Marketing on campaigns, promotions and events.
Manage manpower planning, team performance and staff development.
Develop and retain high-performing teams.
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in retail operations or sales management.
Multi-outlet management experience preferred.
Candidates from
beauty, aesthetics, wellness, fitness, salon or retail chain
backgrounds are welcome to apply.
Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Good analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Customer-focused, results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
