Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations and statutory requirements.
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
Lead safety training, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and safety awareness programmes.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on safety matters.
Monitor safety performance, maintain documentation, and prepare reports.
Advise project teams on risk control and safe work practices.
Promote safety culture and continuous improvement across worksites.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in WSH, Engineering, or related field.
WSHO registration with MOM.
8+ years of relevant safety experience in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations, risk management, and incident investigation.
Experience with ISO Integrated Management Systems preferred.
