Full Time Senior Marketing Executive (Events) Jobs, in 3rix Pixel Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate brand, product, customer, dealer, and corporate events, including launches, roadshows, and exhibitions
• Prepare event briefs, timelines, budgets, and programme flow
• Coordinate agencies, venues, suppliers, and other stakeholders for smooth event delivery
• Oversee event setup, on-site execution, and dismantling
• Ensure events meet approved timelines, budgets, brand guidelines, and safety requirements
• Prepare post-event reports with results and recommendations

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia
• Minimum 3 years of event planning and activation experience, preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong vendor and project coordination skills
• Budget and timeline management experience
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel and work outside office hours when required
• Basic creative design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) would be an added advantage
