Full Time Human Resources Administrator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Legendary Distribution Selangor - Maukerja

Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Process monthly payroll, track attendance, handle claims, and ensure timely statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/Tax).

Handle employee queries on HR policies, assist with performance management, and mediate employee relations or disciplinary matters.

Maintain employee records in the HRIS system, oversee probation/confirmation reviews, and coordinate offboarding and exit procedures.

Update HR policies, employee handbooks, and assist in planning internal engagement activities.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or generalist duties.

Solid understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act 1955, SOCSO, EPF, and local labor regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and practical experience with HRIS or payroll software.

Strong interpersonal skills, high discretion with confidential data, and fluency in Mandarin and English.
