Role Description

The Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Street, responsible for producing engaging digital content that reflects Grandpride’s luxury brand and services.

Day-to-day tasks include planning and creating content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, such as photos, short videos, captions, and blog posts.

The role involves collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to showcase vehicles, services, promotions, and customer experiences, while maintaining consistent brand messaging.

The Content Creator will monitor content performance, optimize posts based on analytics, and stay updated on trends in digital media and luxury travel to propose fresh concepts.

Additional responsibilities may include basic content editing, coordinating shoots, and supporting branding initiatives for corporate and VIP events.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in social media content creation, including photography, short-form video production, and copywriting for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Experience in digital marketing and branding, with the ability to create content that supports campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Basic proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, or similar software).
• Ability to conduct simple market and audience research to understand trends in luxury travel, lifestyle, and automotive content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages commonly used in Malaysia is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for visual aesthetics that align with a premium, luxury brand image.
• Comfort working on-site around vehicles and events, with the flexibility to support content creation during peak hours, weekends, or special occasions when needed.
• Prior experience in content creation for hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or automotive brands is beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience
