Job Description

We are looking for a Content Strategy & Organic Growth Specialist with strong expertise in SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI-driven search visibility. The ideal candidate will own content strategy and deliver measurable growth in organic traffic, search visibility, and leads across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies to drive organic traffic, search visibility, and lead generation.
• Own category and topic strategies, using data to measure and improve performance.
• Implement GEO strategies to improve content visibility and citations across AI-powered search platforms, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot.
• Monitor and analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
• Optimize content for traditional search engines and AI-powered answer engines.
• Drive content strategy across multiple markets, preferably across Southeast Asia (SEA) or APAC.
• Identify appropriate use cases for Generative AI in content creation, optimization, and research while maintaining content quality and credibility.
• Track key metrics, including organic traffic growth, leads, rankings, AI citations, mentions, and AI referral traffic.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in content strategy, SEO, or organic growth. Strong candidates with 4.5+ years of relevant experience may also be considered.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in organic traffic, search visibility, or lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with GEO, AI search optimization, or answer engine optimization beyond basic Generative AI usage.
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs or SEMrush.
• Experience managing content strategies across multiple markets, preferably APAC or Southeast Asia.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable content strategies.
• Clear understanding of when and how to use Generative AI in content workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS, POS, F&B technology, fintech, or SMB/merchant-focused businesses.
• Experience working in an agency, consulting firm, or regional in-house team.
• A content portfolio demonstrating strategy and measurable results is an advantage.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
