• Plan, manage, andsupervise construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate with clients,consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Prepare and monitorproject schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Ensure all works complywith project specifications, contract requirements, and Singapore buildingregulations.
• Lead site meetings andcoordinate project activities to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Monitor siteproductivity, quality of work, and project costs.

JobRequirements

• Diploma or Degree inCivil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years ofrelevant experience in construction project management in Singapore.
