Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant logistics by coordinating reservations to optimize seating and customer flow
• Reconcile POS sales daily to ensure accurate financial records and identify discrepancies promptly
• Create and manage shift rosters to maintain adequate staffing levels and operational efficiency
• Conduct monthly stock checks to monitor inventory levels and reduce waste
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, applying management skills to meet business goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage management for 3–5 years, demonstrating ability to lead operations in a dynamic setting
