• Recommend products based on customer's preference, skin tone, and skin type.

• Assess customer skin concerns and suggest suitable skincare or makeup routines.

• Groom customers to feel confident in their own skin.

• Help customers find products that are good for them.

• Demonstrate step-by-step how to apply products based on skin tone, skin type, and personal style.

• Provide tips and tutorials to help customers achieve the looks they want.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.

• Communicate new trends and product knowledge to customers.

• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the beauty department.

• Maintain a clean and organized beauty department.

• Ensure products are stocked and displayed properly.

• Assist with stock replenishment and report low-stock items.
