Retail Management Intern @ KL Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,500 in JEV Management & Trading Federal Territory - Maukerja

Allowance: RM 1200 - RM 1500

Location: Great Eastern Mall, KL

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)

Working Hours: 10AM to 6PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily outlet operations and maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment.
• Welcome customers and respond to enquiries about our products, services, and promotions.
• Assist with appointment bookings, customer registration, and follow-ups.
• Support the team in promoting wellness products, services, and packages.
• Help maintain customer records, prepare basic reports, and complete administrative tasks.
• Assist with stock checks, inventory records, and product displays.
• Support outlet promotions and marketing activities.
• Learn and follow service procedures under the guidance of the outlet team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma, or Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Wellness, or a related field.
• Interested in retail operations, customer service, and the wellness industry.
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
• Able to work collaboratively with the outlet team.
• Able to attend an on-site internship at Great Eastern Mall, KL.
• No prior experience required; guidance and training will be provided.
