• Job Title: BIM Drafter / BIM Modeller
• Location: Kuala Lumpur / Klang Valley
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D BIM models & generate 2D construction drawings using Revit (Architectural / Structural / MEP)
• Convert sketches, design intent & CAD drawings into coordinated BIM models
• Perform clash detection, model coordination & resolve design conflicts
• Prepare shop drawings, construction documents, schedules & quantity take-offs
• Maintain file organization, version control & naming standards for BIM files
• Coordinate with architects, engineers & project team to ensure model accuracy

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying or related field
• 0–3 years experience in BIM modelling / drafting; fresh graduates with strong portfolio welcome
• Must know: Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD
• Advantage: Navisworks, SketchUp, Lumion, BIM collaboration tools
• Good understanding of construction drawings & building processes
• Detail-oriented, good time management & team communication skills

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
