Full Time Pet Groomer (Klang Valley) Jobs, in PLC Pet Lovers Centre WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in pet grooming, including cutting and shaving fur for dogs, cats and rabbits.
• Possess relevant Pet Grooming Certificates or professional qualifications.
• Able to supervise, guide and oversee Assistant Pet Groomers.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.

• Manage the day-to-day business operations of the grooming centre within the retail store.
• Ensure all grooming appointments are properly scheduled and managed.
• Ensure all pet grooming equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition.
• Perform pet grooming according to best practices and customers’ needs.
• Maintain workplace safety, hygiene standards and cleanliness of the grooming centre.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of pets throughout the grooming process.
• Ensure all pets are properly cared for and handled in accordance with applicable animal welfare guidelines.
• Adhere to all retail SOPs, company policies, processes and procedures.
• Support all aspects of the sales process.
• Promote and upsell relevant pet care products and services.
