We are looking for a responsible, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Part-Time Livestream Moderator to support our livestream operations across multiple social media and e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate must be able to monitor and moderate multiple livestream channels simultaneously, manage live chat interactions, assist with customer enquiries, and ensure smooth livestream operations. Candidates must be comfortable working late at night and able to commit to scheduled livestream sessions.

• Strong written communication skills and the ability to respond to customers professionally.
• Good multitasking, time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Responsible, attentive, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to follow instructions, work according to established procedures, and handle customer interactions professionally.
• Willing and available to work late at night, including scheduled night-time livestream sessions.
• Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and during major promotional campaigns when required.
• Must have a stable internet connection, a suitable computer, and a reliable remote working environment.
• Able to commit to agreed working hours and attend scheduled livestream sessions punctually.

Pay: From RM10.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5.0 per week
