GILA GADGETS is looking for a Junior Smartphone Technician to join our team.

Job Type: Full-time, on-site

Work Locations: Shah Alam, Taman Permata, and Taman Sri Serdang.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting smartphone issues for Android and iPhone devices.

- Perform basic smartphone repairs, including battery replacement and other component replacements.

- Identify faulty components and assist in determining suitable repair solutions.

- Conduct basic device testing and quality checks after repairs.

- Handle smartphones, tools, and spare parts carefully to prevent damage.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

- Keep track of repair progress and update the team on job status.

- Follow company repair procedures and service standards.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of smartphones, particularly Android and iPhone devices.

- Interest in smartphone repair and troubleshooting.

- Willingness to learn new technical skills and repair techniques.

- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team.

- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
