Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL).
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.
- Prepare financial management reports and maintain proper accounting records.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors.
- Assist with taxation and statutory compliance matters.
- Check and process company-related claims and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and filing.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned by Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Degree in Accounting/Finance is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Experience in AP, AR, GL and full set of accounts is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL Accounting is an added advantage.
- Communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
WORKING HOURS
- Monday – Friday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
