Your new role
As a Korean-speaking Technical Support Specialist, you will be providing technical assistance to customers across several regions. The position focusses on troubleshooting, resolving customer technical issues, supporting product and digital solutions, and working with regional teams to ensure effective service delivery and a positive customer experience.


What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Scientific certifications.
  
• Minimum 3 years in technical support roles.
  
• Open to Korean Natives and TOPIK 5 certification holders.
  
• Experienced in supporting laboratory equipment and/or application/software-related enquiries.
