Full Time Demand Planning Specialist (Semiconductor, Predictive analytics) Jobs, in Adecco - Maukerja

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a global semiconductor-related organization to hire a Senior Specialist, Demand Planning in Singapore. This analytics-driven role combines demand forecasting, Python, SQL, machine learning and cloud technologies to improve planning accuracy and business decisions.

• Work location: Central
• Work hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm, 2 days work from home.
• Salary: up to $8,500 + AWS + VB

The Job:

* Develop and maintain statistical forecasting models across an 18-month planning horizon.
* Build analytical and machine learning solutions using Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms.
* Manage forecast and pricing data within SAP IBP, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
* Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial, and IT to refine demand models.
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights.
* Develop Power BI dashboards and continuously improve forecasting and planning processes.

The Talent:

* Proven Demand Planning experience with strong statistical and time-series forecasting knowledge.
* Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, statistical modelling, and large datasets.
* Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure environments.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
* Semiconductor industry experience and exposure to SAP IBP / advanced planning systems are highly advantageous.
