Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Planning:
Analyze company spending, research market trends, and plan purchasing schedules based on operational needs.
Vendor & Supplier Management:
Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers, conduct performance reviews, and build long-term commercial relationships.
Negotiation & Contracting:
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and payment terms.
Purchase Order (PO) Execution:
Review purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders via ERP systems.
Quotes & Orders Processing
Relationship Building
Knowledge of Maritime is a plus
