Full Time Security Operations Specialist Jobs, in Happiest Minds Technologies Federal Territory - Maukerja

nsuring the reliability, performance, and effectiveness of security tools such as Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and related platforms.A solid understanding of security technologies, operational processes, and a proactive mindset to support security incident response, system tuning, and continuous improvement.

Tune and configure security technologies to reduce false positives and enhance detection capabilitiesPerform rule/policy creation, updates, and validation for DLP and WAF tools: Maintain and optimize WAF policies and rules to protect web applications

• Collaborate with app security teams to onboard/off-board applications

Participate in change management and deployment processes for security solutions

Document procedures, configurations, and operational workflows

Work with vendors and internal engineering teams to resolve issues and plan upgrades

Operate and maintain security technologies including:

• EDR solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike Falcon)

• DLP systems (e.g., Forcepoint)

• Web Application Firewalls (e.g., Imperva)

• Email and web security tools (Sendgrid, Zscaler,etc)
