Job Summary

We are seeking two Marketing Communications Executives to support the planning and execution of product, brand and customer communications across digital and offline channels.

The role involves content development, campaign coordination and the communication of product and service information to relevant audiences, while ensuring clear and consistent messaging across communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and edit marketing and communication content for company products, services and campaigns.

Prepare content for websites, social media, digital campaigns, presentations, events and promotional materials.

Support the planning and execution of marketing communication campaigns and product promotional activities.

Translate product and service information into clear, accurate and audience-appropriate communication materials.

Coordinate with product, design, sales and other internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across communication channels.

Support seminars, customer engagement activities, product-related events and other marketing communication initiatives.

Assist in coordinating content and communication activities across digital and offline channels.

Monitor campaign performance and customer feedback and contribute recommendations for content and communication improvements.

Maintain consistency of brand and product messaging across communication channels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Humanities, or a related discipline.

Strong writing, editing and content-development skills.

Good communication, coordination and presentation skills.

Good understanding of digital and social media communication channels.

Ability to understand product and service information and translate it into clear and audience-appropriate communication content.
