Full Time Head of New Business - Strategic Growth - B2B Lending Jobs, in Hyphen Partners - Maukerja

A fast-growing digital bank is looking for a Head of New Business & Strategic Growth to work closely with the CEO on identifying and building new engines of revenue for the bank.

This is a highly commercial, entrepreneurial role with a long-term mandate to identify new markets, industries and financing opportunities, then turn them into scalable products and revenue streams. You'll look beyond the bank's existing product set to understand where there is unmet demand, develop the proposition and commercial model, and bring together the right partners and internal teams to execute.

A key focus will be co-creating new lending propositions around specific industries and ecosystems. For example, identifying opportunities within sectors such as healthcare, pharma, real estate or other asset-heavy industries where the bank could develop tailored financing solutions - from equipment and working capital loans through to embedded financing, instalment solutions or other sector-specific products.

You'll own the journey from opportunity identification through to commercialisation. This means understanding the market, identifying the customer and partner ecosystem, developing the business case and economics, shaping the product and go-to-market proposition, and ultimately taking it to market.

We're looking for someone with genuine commercial and P&L instincts - someone who can look at a business and ask where the next $10m or $50m of revenue could come from, understand the economics behind it, and then personally drive the execution required to make it happen. Someone with 10+ years across strategy, business development, corporate development, commercial or partnerships, ideally within banking or lending B2B fintech.

The strongest candidates will combine strategic thinking with a proven ability to originate opportunities, build commercial cases, negotiate partnerships and execute. Experience developing new financial products, entering new verticals or building businesses within a regulated environment would be highly relevant.
