Job Description
Oversee all renovation and maintenance works across the business
Work closely with the Leasing Head and coordinate with 3–5 contractors
Manage renovation projects from planning through to completion
Coordinate with contractors to ensure works are completed according to requirements, timelines and standards
Review renovation proposals and provide input on design and functionality
Stay open to new and innovative design concepts
Ensure maintenance issues are followed up and resolved promptly
Requirements
Experience in renovation, maintenance, interior design or project coordination
Candidates with an Interior Design background are welcome
F&B renovation experience will be highly advantageous
Strong contractor and project coordination skills
Good eye for design with an openness to new concepts and ideas
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
