Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations in close collaboration with the General Manager
Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely service
Prepare and cook meals for club members
Design and propose refreshed menus on a regular basis
Manage kitchen stock, equipment maintenance, and overall cleanliness
Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Mentor and develop assistant chefs, broadening their skills across different cuisines
