Responsibilities
Prepare food in accordance with portion and quality standards specified in recipes for various kitchen operations under the direction of the Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef / Chef de Cuisine, through adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
Available at least 3 days a week
Shift hours: 7am to 3pm OR 8am to 6pm
