We’re Hiring: Senior System Engineer – Windows

Are you an experienced Windows Systems Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, and hybrid cloud environments? We’re looking for a skilled professional to manage, secure, and optimize business-critical IT infrastructure.

Location: Malaysia

Experience: 4+ Years

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments across on-premises, VMware, AWS, and Azure platforms.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, PKI, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Perform server patching, upgrades, performance monitoring, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
• Implement security hardening, vulnerability remediation, MFA, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender controls.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate routine administration and operational tasks.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure service availability.
• Manage backup, recovery, disaster recovery testing, and high-availability solutions.
• Support cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, audits, and continuous service improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Windows Systems Administration or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, IIS, PKI, networking, and storage.
• Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure across on-premises, VMware, AWS, and Azure.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Windows security, patch management, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred: Relevant Microsoft, cloud, virtualization, or IT service management certifications.
