Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the food industry.

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, Halal certification requirements, and quality management systems.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficient in data analysis, documentation, and report writing.

Conduct thorough quality assurance and quality control inspections throughout the production process to ensure product quality and safety.

Implement, monitor, and ensure compliance with Halal guidelines, procedures, and certification requirements.

Analyse test results and production data to identify, investigate, and resolve quality or compliance issues.

Prepare, maintain, and update quality assurance and Halal-related documentation and reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve quality control procedures and Halal management systems.

Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality assurance, food safety, and Halal best practices.

Manage and renew PBT premises licences, KPDN permits, and FoSIM registrations to ensure regulatory compliance.
