Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from a university recognised by the Malaysia Board of Pharmacy.
- Registered with the Malaysia Board of Pharmacy and holds a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in hospital pharmacy.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication management and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Good understanding of hospital pharmacy standards, medication safety and quality improvement practices.
