Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.

Proficient in AutoCAD and AI House software.

Strong design sense and passion for aesthetics.

Good understanding of current design trends and material options.

Good communication and client-handling skills.

A committed, self-motivated team player who is also able to work independently.

Good time-management skills and able to meet project deadlines.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

Good command of English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage.

Prepare 2D layout plans, design proposals, 3D visualisations and technical drawings.

Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide professional design advice.

Develop design concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, cost efficiency and practicality.

Manage project budgets, monitor costs and create project schedules.

Source suitable furniture, fixtures, equipment and materials for projects.

Keep updated with current interior design trends, materials and market options.

Conduct site visits to ensure design intent, workmanship and quality standards are maintained.

Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of design concepts.

Perform other design-related duties as assigned by management.
