Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.

• Platform Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in US/EU cross-border e-commerce (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.).Experience managing top-performing accounts on Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop will also be considered.

• Optimization Skills: Strong expertise in refining listing copy, visual concepts, and keyword strategies to boost CTR and conversion rates.

• Analytical Mindset: Hands-on experience with sales funnels, market trend analysis, and ROI evaluation to drive actionable strategies.

• Commercial Acumen: In-depth knowledge of competitive pricing, promotional strategy, and price-point positioning.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional self-drive, proactive problem-solving ability, and strong cross-departmental communication skills to work seamlessly with supply chain and global teams.

Job Responsibilities

• 1. Listing Optimization & Conversion Rate (CVR) Management

  • Plan and execute high-converting product listings tailored to target markets, optimizing keywords, copywriting, and visual assets.

  • Monitor traffic and sales metrics for flagship products, prune low-performing links, and continuously enhance exposure and conversions.

  2. Paid Advertising & ROAS Optimization

  • Oversee granular ad operations, search terms, premium placements, and bidding strategies to improve CTR, CVR, ACOS, and overall ROAS.

  • Develop promotional strategies and email marketing initiatives to boost repeat purchases and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

  3. Market Intelligence & Business Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, share of voice (SOV), and competitor landscapes to identify new growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews utilizing full-funnel data to propose targeted product category growth plans.

  4. Account Health & Supply Chain Collaboration

  • Perform root-cause analysis on customer feedback and negative reviews, collaborating with CS and product teams to safeguard account health.

  • Generate weekly sales projections and demand forecasts to align supply chain production and minimize inventory turnover risk.
