About the Role

RWC Cables & Electrical Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and talented Marketing Executive to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Engineering.

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in sales.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers at all levels.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within targeted accounts and industries.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop tailored solutions for client needs.

• Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and sales pipeline.

• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote the company’s products and services.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
