Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Oversee daily operations involving Logistics, Service Team and Sales Administration.

Coordinate departmental activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.

Monitor team performance, productivity and operational efficiency.

Ensure proper coordination between departments and resolve operational issues.

Develop and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency.

Lead, guide and supervise departmental teams.

Prepare operational reports and updates for Management.

Perform other operational duties assigned by Management.
