Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in rotating equipment maintenance.
• Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Maintenance or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with rotating equipment, particularly pumps, compressors, turbines and gearboxes.
• Good knowledge of mechanical seals, bearings, couplings, shafts and lubrication systems.
• Practical experience in shaft and coupling alignment.
• Able to use dial indicators, micrometers, Vernier calipers, feeler gauges and laser alignment equipment.
• Able to read mechanical drawings, P&IDs, equipment manuals and technical specifications.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, power generation, manufacturing or heavy industrial environments is preferred.
• Experience in shutdown/turnaround maintenance is an advantage.
• Familiar with mechanical maintenance procedures and HSE requirements.
• Relevant safety certifications such as OGSP, NIOSH, CIDB, Medical OHD Valid or client-specific certifications will be an advantage.
• Willing to work at client sites, outstation, overtime, shifts and shutdown/turnaround projects.
• Physically fit for hands-on site work.
• Good teamwork, communication and troubleshooting skills.

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
