Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Drive the Branch's treasury strategy and balance sheet management.
Oversee liquidity, funding, investment, and financial market activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk limits.
Lead asset and liability management, including interest rate and liquidity risk oversight.
Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and committees.
Represent Treasury in management, risk, compliance, and governance forums.
Maintain strong relationships with regulators, financial institutions, and market counterparties.
Strengthen treasury governance, controls, and operational resilience.
Lead, develop, and motivate the Treasury team to achieve business and risk management objectives.
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
At least 15 years' relevant treasury or financial markets experience, including leadership of a treasury function within a banking environment.
Strong expertise in liquidity management, funding, ALM, treasury products, and financial markets.
Sound knowledge of MAS regulations and treasury risk management practices.
Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth, risk, and regulatory expectations.
Subject to applicable MAS fit-and-proper and approval requirements.
