Full Time E-commerce Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in APS Venture (M) WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

SPM / Diploma / Fresh graduates are welcome

Basic computer and e-commerce platform knowledge

Responsible, organized, and willing to learn

Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in e-commerce operations is an advantage

Manage and update products on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and company website

Process daily online orders, printing waybills, and arranging shipments

Monitor stock availability and coordinate restocking with warehouse/team

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally

Manage return, refund, exchange, and parcel issue cases with customers and platforms

Process CN (Credit Note) for returned parcels and customer return cases

Investigate parcel disputes, failed deliveries, and platform shipping claims

Coordinate with marketing team for promotions, livestreams, and campaigns if any

Ensure smooth daily operation of all e-commerce platforms
