Job Summary

Support the Operations Room Manager by managing daily operational tasks, tracking work orders, and monitoring company communications and sites to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational tasks to maintain smooth functioning of the operations room
• Create, track, and file Work Orders from various work sites to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up
• Monitor company communications to promptly identify and escalate issues or updates
• Oversee company sites through monitoring activities to support operational integrity
• Assist the Operations Room Manager with daily tasks to enhance operational efficiency
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Room Manager to support team objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
