Full Time Banking Paralegal (International Law Firm) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in THE SR GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Our client is a UK law firm hiring a paralegal for their Banking team. They work on a wide array of financing transactions, such as trade finance, private debt, fund finance and real estate finance, on top of vanilla banking. They are looking for a vibrant paralegal who would like to develop their legal skills and grow together with the team. They provide training every 2 weeks for the paralegals to upskill and take on more significant work. 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Drafting finance documents
• Supporting transaction closings and doing CP checklists
• Liaising with clients and ensuring timelines are adhered to
• Supporting the Partners and Associates

Requirements:

• Diploma in Law/Legal Executive Studies or an LLB 
• Experience with a law firm or bank/in-house with a banking team. Familiarity with finance documents and facility agreements. 
• You have good communication skills and able to handle multiple ongoing deadlines.
• You are driven and committed to delivering excellent service to clients.
