Role Description

We are seeking driven, high-caliber Financial Planners / Wealth Consultants to join our team in Singapore (Hybrid Work Arrangement).

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering bespoke wealth strategies across wealth planning, risk management, asset allocation, and retirement structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Advisory: Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to analyze client goals, portfolio holdings, and cash flow structures.
• Solution Architecture: Design and implement tailored strategies spanning insurance, investment, and legacy planning.
• Portfolio Management: Conduct regular portfolio reviews, rebalancing assets in response to evolving market conditions and macroeconomic trends.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships built on trust, clear communication, and ongoing strategic value.
• Compliance & Excellence: Maintain strict adherence to local regulatory standards (MAS guidelines) and ethical advisory practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Industry Expertise: Strong foundation in wealth management, personal financial planning, investment strategies, and risk protection.
• Professional Credentials: Relevant certifications (e.g., CMFAS modules RES5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI) or professional designations such as CFP, ChFC, or equivalent (or actively working towards them).
• Track Record: Experience in financial advisory, banking, or wealth management is highly advantageous; mid-career professionals with strong business acumen are welcome.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.
• Core Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills, sharp analytical abilities, high integrity, and a proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
