About the Role

Join the Safety Model Operations team supporting Trust & Safety and AI model quality. You will evaluate content, identify quality and policy gaps, analyze root causes, and work with cross-functional teams to improve content safety processes and AI model performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review complex and high-risk content cases to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain quality benchmarks and Golden Sets for AI model evaluation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify trends, risks, and process gaps.
• Translate policies into clear SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Monitor QA metrics and drive continuous improvement in content quality.
• Collaborate with Operations, Algorithm, Product, and global teams to improve human review and AI model performance.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates from reputable universities are welcome to apply.
• 1 year of experience in Trust & Safety, QA, AI data evaluation, policy operations, or related areas is preferred.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or data labelling frameworks is an advantage.
