Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic consulting team focused on delivering impactful solutions across various industries. This role emphasizes digital transformation and strategic business development.
Responsibilities:
Lead specific workstreams within consulting projects and oversee deliverables from planning to completion.
Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and business performance analyses.
Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, and executive recommendations.
Foster productive relationships with client stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Support project leads in maintaining effective communications with clients.
Identify opportunities to enhance existing client projects through additional support and advisory services.
Assist in proposal preparation, research, and development of presentations for prospective clients.
Provide mentorship and support to junior consultants and analysts.
Contribute to the development of internal knowledge, methodologies, and practice initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years' experience in business consulting, focusing on digital process transformation and IT solutions.
Strong project management skills with a robust record of managing medium to large-scale client engagements.
Demonstrated experience in consulting engagements related to business strategy, digital transformation, and operational improvement.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to develop complex recommendations based on analytical insights.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Capable of working independently while contributing effectively to a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining professional standards.
