Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience & Storytelling

• Welcome Guests: Greet players with high energy and an enthusiastic attitude to set the mood for their adventure.

• Game Briefing: Introduce the escape room storyline, explain the rules, and deliver safety guidelines clearly.

• Live Game Monitoring: Watch the live gameplay via CCTV monitors and use our control system to provide helpful clues and hints when players get stuck.

• Debrief & Photos: Celebrate with the team after their game, help them understand missed puzzles, and take fun group photos for our social media.
  

2. Room Operations & Attention to Detail

• Precision Resets: Reset the escape rooms quickly and flawlessly between sessions according to strict checklists (hiding keys, locking padlocks, resetting magnetic doors, etc.).

• Tech & Prop Maintenance: Test mechanical props, electronic sensors, and communication tools daily to make sure everything functions smoothly.

• Cleanliness: Keep the reception lobby, game rooms, and facilities spotless and organized.

3. Front Desk & Retail Operations

• Counter Duties: Manage phone bookings, handle walk-ins, and process payments using our POS system.

• Feedback Handling: Deliver excellent service and handle basic customer inquiries professionally.

Job Requirements

Personality: Outgoing, charismatic, and loves interacting with people (ideal for theater, arts, mass comm, or hospitality students).

• Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a big plus).

• Skills: Good observational skills and a sharp eye for detail (missing a single prop during a reset breaks the next group's game!).

• Availability: Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
