Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Key Skills

• Communication & Sales: Strong verbal and written skills for face-to-face, phone, and digital platforms (WhatsApp, social media).

• Charismatic and comfortable hosting live streams (TikTok) when required.

• Organization & CRM: Ability to prepare quotes, track lead follow-ups, and manage CRM entry accurately.

• Omnichannel Lead Management: Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, walk-ins, and face-to-face consultations.

• Consultative Travel Assessment: Evaluate customer travel dates, budgets, group sizes (pax count), and specific preferences to recommend optimal tour packages.

• Quotation Preparation: Generate accurate, detailed tour quotations and custom travel proposals.

• Pipeline Follow-Up & Sales Closing: Maintain a structured follow-up schedule with leads, close sales, secure deposit payments, and upsell complementary travel services or package upgrades.

• CRM Data Management: Continuously update customer interactions, lead statuses, and booking records in the CRM system.

• Operational Handover: Transfer confirmed bookings and client requirements to the Tour Operations team after securing deposits.

• TikTok Live Hosting (As Required): Host interactive TikTok Live streams when required to present tour packages, engage live viewers, answer real-time questions, and convert audiences into sales.
