Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing trucking operations and handling customs declarations.

Strong understanding of local and international customs regulations and procedures.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using logistics management software and MS Office applications.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Manage and coordinate daily trucking operations, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of goods.

Handle customs declaration processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements.

Liaise with clients, customs brokers, and transportation partners to resolve operational issues and facilitate smooth cargo movement.

Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Optimize trucking routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Maintain accurate records of all operational activities, including shipment details, customs documents, and invoices.

Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
