Develop and implement efficient shipping and logistics strategies to optimize the movement of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Manage and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock management, and order fulfillment, to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate with internal departments and external partners, such as freight forwarders and customs brokers, to ensure smooth and compliant international and domestic shipments.

Maintain accurate records of all shipments, inventory levels, and logistics-related expenses, preparing regular reports for management review.

Identify and implement process improvements within the logistics function to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.

Utilize inventory management systems and other logistics software to track goods, manage stock, and generate necessary documentation.

Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless logistics operations.
