Job Overview

Opera Gallery Singapore is seeking an Art Investment Advisor / Art Advisor to provide expert guidance on art acquisitions, build client relationships, and support investment-oriented art collecting. The role combines art market knowledge with advisory services for private clients and collectors interested in art as an alternative asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide premium advisory and product knowledge to clients on artworks and artists.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and collectors.
• Advise clients on art investment potential, market trends, and portfolio considerations.
• Manage and organise client portfolios and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Assist with daily gallery operations, exhibitions, artwork handling, and display.
• Support sales transactions and contribute to revenue targets.
• Stay updated on art market developments and emerging artists.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Art History, Fine Arts, Arts Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record in sales or client advisory (art gallery, luxury, or related experience is an advantage).
• Strong passion for art and knowledge of the contemporary and modern art market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused attitude.

Pay: $3,160.80 - $5,086.20 per month
