Full Time Site Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in KM Concept & Build Selangor - Maukerja

Malaysian citizen

Minimum 2 years and above of experience in the construction / renovation / interior fit-out industry.

Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Able to supervise daily site activities and workers.

Familiar with renovation, wet works, and basic construction processes.

Able to read basic drawings and plans.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Willing to travel to different project sites and work overtime when required

Possess own transport and a valid GDL driving license.

Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications,SOPs, and quality standards.

Conduct routine site inspections (pre-installation, during installation, and post-installation) and prepare inspection and defect reports.

Coordinate with Operations Teams, Sales Technical Consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Supervise daily site activities, workers, and subcontractors to ensure progress meets project milestones.

Monitor defect rectification works and follow up closely until completion.

Arrange manpower, transportation, urgent material purchases, and perform other duties assigned by Management.
